CARZ Explosionsisolationsklappe - Ihr Schutzsystem für Anwendungen bei explosionsfähigem Staub
Explosionsschutz-Isolationsklappe Typ CARZ verhindert eine Übertragung von Explosionsdruckwellen und Flammen in Richtung der Arbeitsstätten und Maschinen wo u.U. noch mehr explosionsfähiges oder brennbares Material verfügbar ist. Durch den Einsatz der CARZ Isolationsklappen wird ein Risiko für Menschen und Maschinen signifikant reduziert.FunktionWährend des vom Hauptlüfter erzeugten Luftstroms öffnet das Klappenblech. Bei Explosion in der nachgelagerten Anlage (z. B. Filteranlage) erzwingt eine Druckwelle das Schließen und die Verriegelung des Klappenblechs. Der große Öffnungswinkel garantiert den langsamen Druckabfall. Die geschlossene Klappe ist eine wirksame Barriere gegen die weitere Flammenausbreitung. Dann wird die Explosion nicht in die vorgelagerten Arbeitsbereiche übertragen. Unabhängig von der Anwendung und den Staubeigenschaften können wir komplette Filteranlagen mit Schutzsystemen liefern.
