NC Cycloon

Standaard cycloonafscheider voor het reinigen van lucht

Een cycloon is een voorafscheider die wordt gebruikt om middels tangentiale werking (stof)deeltjes uit de lucht te slingeren en te verzamelen. Hierdoor zal de filterbelasting van een erachter geplaatste Laagvacuüm of Hoogvacuüm installatie gereduceerd worden, waardoor een constante maximale zuigcapaciteit gewaarborgd zal zijn. De werking en efficiëntie van de cycloon is mede afhankelijk van de luchtsnelheid, grofheid en soortelijk gewicht van het af te scheiden materiaal en de belading van de transportlucht. De Nederman cyclonen zijn verkrijgbaar in diverse afmetingen en met een breed assortiment accessoires.

  • Efficiëntie van ca. 90% voor (stof)deeltjes groter dan 10 micron
  • Een hogere efficiëntie graad wordt gerealiseerd bij grovere (stof)deeltjes
  • Robuust uitgevoerd in 2 of 3 mm plaatstaal afhankelijk van type en grootte van de cycloon
  • Wanneer voorzien van standaard oppervlakte behandeling, geschikt voor een maximale temperatuur van 75ºC
  • Geschikt voor binnen- en buitengebruik
