- Producing drawings from information provided by Project Engineering team
- Create manufacturing drawings for production of LEV system component parts
- Review and audit drawing library
- Occasional site visits with Project Engineer for site measuring purposes

- Administration of timesheets, cash & credit card expenses, fuel card and hotel cards
- Adherence to all health and safety requirements

The successful candidate shall be a hands on lead for the installations plus occasional supervision of sub-contractors.
The position being instrumental in the efficient on time & on budget mechanical execution of designated Nederman turn key solutions projects ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction through the application of our ‘Right First Time’ philosophy.

Solutions Coordinator

Formal Responsibilities and main tasks: |
- Management and maintenance of ID system & CRM
- Preparation and issuing of installation paperwork in conjunction with Contracts Team
- Scheduling of project installation resource & updating of planning system
- Admin of quality assurance procedures within the Solutions Division and regular assessments with our quality assurance personnel including provision of report of audits to the Divisional Business Manager.
- Daily telephone duties regarding general enquiries and programming of installation work as and when required.
- Customers order processing /contract & all associated works
- Ordering of third party goods from our suppliers, i.e. steelwork, work wear, ducting, access equipment, contractors labour where required
- Progression of ordered goods and off hire of access equipment.
- Support despatch of collated equipment from UK warehouse to customer addresses in time for installation teams (this involves working closely with our warehouse team and involves some time in the warehouse). Also liaising with our internal supply chain.
- Provide Aftersales/Service team with information regarding installation to enable testing or servicing requirements.
- Preparation of O & M Manuals to high standard
- Clear Invoices from Accounts Department as required
- Management & maintenance of customer complaints log
- General office administration duties
- Support team manager as required
- Liaise & support other divisional team members as required
