The Nederman PAK-M is a high-efficiency, centralized vacuum solution designed for multiple extraction points, ensuring consistent airflow and reliable performance for 1-5 users. Ideal for welding fume, dust, and particulate matter, it adapts to various non-combustible dust types, improving safety and operational efficiency.

With Constant Pressure Control, the PAK-M adjusts blower speed in real time to maintain steady airflow, preventing pressure spikes that could disrupt welding quality. Its energy-saving VFD reduces power consumption by adjusting to varying extraction demands, while an auto start/stop function shuts off the unit when inactive, further lowering energy use.

Built for continuous duty, the PAK-M provides up to 30,000 hours of reliable performance under specified conditions. Safety is prioritized with features like overheat protection, spark deterrence, and smart alerts to ensure secure operation. The multi-level cooling system maintains safe temperatures, even in challenging conditions such as low extraction demand, long ducting, or blocked exhaust.

This versatile unit supports both weld fume extraction and industrial housekeeping, with automated extraction controlled by sensors and pilot signals for improved production efficiency. It also offers centralized extraction with flexible tool connections for dust control throughout the facility.

  • Extended filter life is achieved through dP-controlled reverse air filter cleaning, which ensures a minimum number of cleaning cycles, increasing filter life to 6,000 hours in most typical applications,
  • Reduced operating costs are made possible by the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), which adjusts to real-time demands and minimizes power consumption,
  • Low noise levels during operation are enabled by the fan being mounted in an acoustic enclosure, and the VFD operating the unit at the minimum RPM required to maintain the desired vacuum level.
  • Enhanced filtration is provided by the optional secondary HEPA H14 filter, particularly in indoor welding applications that generate hexavalent chromium.
