CARZ

Explosionsisoleringsklaff CARZ - skyddssystem.

Mottrycsklaff av typ CARZ är designad för att förhindra effekten av en tryckvåg och lågor, som uppstår genom explosion, från att återvända längs röret i vilket det är monterat.

Beskrivning
Svetsad konstruktion i RAL 5009 blåmålad stålplåt eller rostfritt stål med stark gummitätning (tillgänglig på begäran).

Funktion
Vid normal drift hålls klaffen öppen genom luftflödet som alstras av huvudfläkten. I händelse av en explosion i utrustning nedströms (t ex stoftsamlaren)kommer en tryckvåg att tvinga klaffen att stängas till låst position. Stor öppningsvinkel säkerställer ett lågt tryckfall. När klaffen är stängd den bildar den en effektiv barriär mot den annalkande flamfronten. Detta förhindrar att explosionen överföras vidare till uppströms arbetsområden.
